How It Works

ReplyManager receives messages from eBay or any email account associated with your online store(s). It then automatically routes those messages to the relevant channel or product folders. Staff members securely login with their own username and password where they can review and respond to email using canned responses or with a customised reply. eBay and Amazon automatically know the email has been responded to. ReplyManager keeps track of responses within the same email thread to keep the conversation intact until the email is closed out.
