Comprehensive Compatibility, Simple Pricing Structure and Great Support
Compatibility: we had been using another inventory management system but had to leave because it didn't have the features that Selro has: notably Amazon FBA, Rakuten, Presatshop and Opencart .This is important when choosing inventory/order management systems: there are other systems out there that are great but don't support Rakuten and, more importantly, Amazon FBA.
Pricing: the pricing structure is fair and simple; it's very easy to gauge what your monthly outgoings will be.
Support: support has been great; issues are tended to promptly and, impressively, when I have made suggestions on additional features, these features have often been live within 24 hours.
The aesthetics: the only tiny issue I have is subjective: the system isn't quite as visually 'tidy' as other systems. However, for a system that supports so many features this is to be expected: they have more design elements to consider. This is an extremely minor issue.
Using Selro: if you get it right and use all of Selro's features (you don't have to: you can pick and choose what you want it to do for you) you can end up with a system where you add and manage a product's description, features and images in once place which will then sync to all of your channels using the channels' respective templates. When your orders come in, Selro sorts your address labels which you print off, pack and then you can add the tracking numbers which, again, syncs to all channels. If you have an Amazon FBA account, you can get Amazon to automatically fulfil the orders for you, or, say if you were having a lazy day, simply select a bunch of self-fulfilled orders and hit a button that tells Amazon to fulfil it for you. The sales reports are comprehensive (for which some cloud shopping carts charge extra) which was an added bonus.
We haven't mentioned all of Selro's features (such as its shipping capabilities) here as we are yet to use it to its full potential, but all-in-all, a great product.
